                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF
                   CONTRACT NO. 60B, CHEROKEE WOODS COLLECTION
                   SYSTEM, TO MAYSE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, FOR
                   THEIR LOW BID OF TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED
                   EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE
                   AND 75/100 DOLLARS ($2,182,851.75).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of Contract No. 6OB, Cherokee Woods Collection System, to
       Mayse Construction Company, for their low bid of $2,182,851.75.
